Long-term financing is always an issue. For most customers with 600+ credit scores, we can provide 30 year financing at 9.5%-10.5% under the following circumstances:

• 4 months seasoning (NO LATE PAYS!--anything after the 10th of the month is considered late)
• 5 points for the loan amount
• no cash down required, but no cash back either
